Le Creuset UK Ltd is opening a new Exeter store and seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead the team, embody brand standards, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will drive sales, manage stock, and ensure a seamless daily operation in a premium retail setting.

Store Leadership: owning the store, lead by example and set performance standards.
Team Management & Development: recruit, train, motivate and coach the team.
Exceptional Customer Experience: ensure warm, knowledgeable service and resolve issues promptly.
Sales & Performance: drive sales, KPIs and profitability, maximise results.
Commercial Awareness: use data to optimise promotions and product placement.
Product Knowledge: stay up to date on range, launches and promotions.
Visual Merchandising & Housekeeping: keep the store beautifully presented and on brand.
Stock & Inventory Management: oversee stock, replenishment and accuracy.
Payroll & Administration: complete financial and admin processes accurately.
Compliance & Safety: maintain a safe, compliant environment.
Store Operations: manage opening/closing procedures and daily operations.
