Job summary

SEED Environmental Limited is recruiting a Remediation Operative to join the Exeter-based operations team. You will undertake groundworks, building works, remediation, reinstatement and OFTEC works on various sites, upholding high safety and quality standards.

The role requires on-site work, ability to operate equipment, and a willingness to travel if needed. A full UK driving licence and a DBS check are required, with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have on-site construction/remediation experience.
• Ability to operate plant and machinery.
• Full UK driving licence; good time management.

Responsibilities

• Carry out site works under supervision of the SEED Remediation Team Leader or Contracts Manager.
• Keep sites tidy, safe and compliant with RAMS.
• Drive machinery and perform excavation to support contamination removal.
• Assist with equipment maintenance and documentation photos.
• Attend training and toolbox talks; follow health and safety regulations.
