Start ASAP, full-time, term-time only, Monday to Friday 9:00 am–4:30 pm. Weekly PAYE pay; free CPD courses; dedicated SEND consultant; pension scheme; opportunities for permanent roles. Salary £105–£115 per day.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children with SEND is desirable.
• Ability to adapt activities for different learning needs.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Patient, resilient, and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated 1:1 or small group support to pupils in outdoor learning sessions.
• Adapt activities to meet individual learning needs and abilities.
• Support the implementation of behaviour plans and promote independence through outdoor learning.
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to ensure consistent assistance.
