Job summary

Exeter College is seeking Learning Assistants in Exeter to support students with learning and emotional difficulties in the classroom, including one-to-one and small-group sessions. Some personal care tasks may be required.

The roles are term-time only, part-time (18–30 hours per week), with lessons from 8:30am to 4:40pm and a pro rata salary of £24,698–£26,832. On-site work in Exeter with safeguarding checks.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in Maths and English at grade 4/C or above.
• Positive, patient, and caring approach.
• A desire to empower and support young people.

Responsibilities

• Support students with learning and emotional difficulties in the classroom.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to learners.
• Assist with personal care and physical support if needed.
