Dr. Martens is seeking an engaging Assistant Store Manager for our Exeter store. You will lead a diverse team with the Store Manager, driving customer experience, coaching staff and ensuring KPIs are met.

Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor in fashion/lashion brand.
• Proven coaching, development and mentoring skills.
• Sales focus with ability to drive store goals and objectives.
• Fluency in English at a business level; additional languages a plus.
• Good IT skills – comfortable with Microsoft Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day retail operations to company expectations (coaching, sales analysis, visual merchandising and administration).
• Take responsibility for the store and team in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Oversee health and safety and security issues within the store.
• Achieve set KPI’s (sales, CR, UPT) in line with the store P&L budget.
• Lead high standards of customer experience and product knowledge through coaching.
• Ensure stock management procedures are followed including stock takes and deliveries.
• Collaborate with Store Manager, Regional Manager and Head Office to align on commercial decisions.
