Job summary

Netflix is seeking an Executive Researcher to join our in-house EMEA Talent Acquisition team in London. You will identify, engage, and attract executive-level talent across regions, partnering with hiring leaders to build leadership pipelines for growth.

In this role, you’ll design sourcing strategies, manage complex mandates with EMEA/global scope, and collaborate with Inclusion Recruiting Programs to ensure outstanding candidate experience within Netflix culture.

• Experience in an international executive search firm or global in-house team.
• Ability to conceptualize, articulate, and execute effective sourcing strategies.
• Diligent and organized in written communications and stakeholder engagements.
• Thrives in a fast-growing, multi-faceted environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pulse on executive moves, realignments, and industry events to identify networking opportunities.
• Curate lists of top leaders for personalized executive events.
• Match candidate profiles to roles using business acumen across functions.
• Partner with Executive Candidate Experience Specialist to ensure excellent candidate experience.
• Collaborate with Inclusion Recruiting Programs & Talent Intelligence Teams to build pipelines.
