Job summary

Netflix is seeking an Executive Researcher to join our in-house EMEA Talent Acquisition team. You will identify, engage, and attract exceptional executive leadership talent across the region, building high-impact leadership networks to support growth.

You will report to the Senior Director, Talent Acquisition – EMEA, focusing on executive sourcing and research, collaborating closely with hiring leaders and TA partners to ensure outstanding candidate experience and culturally aligned hires across

Qualifications

• Experience in international executive search firms or global in-house executive search teams.
• Ability to conceptualize, articulate, and execute effective sourcing strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with stakeholders across functions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational discipline in candidate engagements.
• Culture ambassador who collaborates with TA and business partners.
• Experience collaborating with hiring leaders, cross‑functional partners, and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pulse on executive moves, realignments, industry conferences, and diversity networks to identify networking opportunities.
• Curate and nurture lists of top industry leaders for executive events.
• Use business acumen to match candidate profiles to roles across functions.
• Partner with an Executive Candidate Experience Specialist to ensure excellent candidate experience.
• Collaborate with Inclusion Recruiting Programs & Talent Intelligence Teams to build pipelines for executive networking events.
• Network with industry colleagues in executive search and share best practices.
