The Executive Support team is essential to the success of all Aon entities within London, the UK, and the wider EMEA region.
This is a chance to support our EXEC Team based in our London office in the City of London.

A normal day will be responsible for providing both Level I & II Technology Support to the Aon VIP colleagues and their personal assistants. Provide professional assistance to internal and external customers having hardware and software related problems with their desktops, laptops, mobile devices, or peripherals. Strives to achieve the highest level of customer service while supporting and developing corporate computing needs. Additionally, provide administrative IT support, where necessary, and communicate appropriately to internal and external parties during BAU or Work Request based activities.
An opportunity to work within a great team supporting our Execs within London primarily but also remotely across EMEA and the globe. Support colleagues from abroad and from time to time support them face to face at conferences and shows both home and abroad supporting cutting edge technology.

Technically proficient, you will provide world-class customer-focused IT support, develop and maintain relationships within the business at all levels. Excellent communication, both technical and non-technical, is key.
