The Connaught Grill at The Connaught, a 5-Star deluxe hotel in Mayfair, invites a talented Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You will work with the Sous and Junior Sous Chefs, taking a key role in daily operations and ensuring the delivery of quality dishes using the finest ingredients.

This full-time role requires organisation, a calm, detail-focused approach, and a commitment to training Demi and Commis Chefs within a high-profile kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury dining preferred.
• Previous experience at similar level in a quality dining environment.
• Organised approach with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Sous and Junior Sous Chefs to run the daily kitchen operations.
• Deliver high-quality dishes using the finest, freshest ingredients.
• Train and support Demi and Commis Chefs in the brigade.
