Job summary

COREcruitment is seeking an Executive Chef for a prestigious Central London hotel to lead the culinary operation across multiple outlets. You will manage a brigade of around 20 chefs, drive standards, presentation and guest experience, and own budgets, food costs and GP.

You'll be a hands-on leader with luxury hospitality background, London residency, and a track record of managing high-end kitchens. This is a long-term, influential role at a renowned property.

Executive Chef | Central London | Salary: Circa £90,000

We are working on behalf of a luxury hotel in the heart of Central London to recruit an experienced Executive Chef to lead the culinary operation across multiple outlets.

This is a rare opportunity to join a well-established, high-end property with an excellent reputation for quality, service and guest experience.The successful candidate will take full ownership of the kitchen operation, leading a brigade of around 20 chefs while driving standards, consistency and commercial performance across a diverse food offering.

What you'll be doing

• Leading and developing a brigade of around 20 chefs across multiple outlets.
• Maintaining exceptional food quality and presentation throughout the hotel.
• Working closely with senior leadership to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Managing budgets, food costs, labour and stock control.
• Recruiting, mentoring and developing the kitchen team.
• Driving consistency, efficiency and high operational standards.
• Ensuring compliance with all food safety and presentation throughout the hotel.

What we're looking for

• Current Executive Chef, Executive Head Chef or a strong Head Chef operating within a luxury hotel or five-star environment.
• Experience managing multiple food and beverage outlets.
• Previous experience leading teams of around 20 chefs or more.
• A background within luxury hospitality with exceptional culinary standards.
• Strong commercial awareness with proven control of GP, labour and kitchen performance.
• Experience working within London's restaurant and hospitality market is essential.
• You must currently live within London.
• A hands-on leader with excellent communication and people management skills.
