Job summary

Platinum Recruitment is partnering with a prestigious five-star hotel in Central London to recruit a talented Senior Sous Chef for its award-winning culinary team. You will support the Executive and Head Chefs, delivering exceptional dining experiences across outlets while mentoring junior chefs.

Role offers £48,000 base plus approx. £6,000 service charge, with a total package around £54,000 and strong progression within a luxury hotel group.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the senior leadership team in managing the kitchen operation.
• Deliver consistently high-quality food across restaurant, lounge, private dining and banqueting services.
• Lead and inspire the brigade during busy service periods.
