Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a luxury hotel in Central London for an experienced Executive Chef to lead the culinary operation across multiple outlets.

You will manage a brigade of around 20 chefs, drive standards, cost control and guest experience, and work closely with senior leadership. London-based, with a circa £90,000 salary and a long-term, prestigious role in a five-star environment.

Qualifications

• Current Executive Chef, Executive Head Chef or a strong Head Chef operating within a luxury hotel or five-star environment.
• Experience managing multiple food and beverage outlets.
• Experience leading teams of around 20 chefs or more.
• Background within luxury hospitality with exceptional culinary standards.
• Strong commercial awareness with proven GP, labour and kitchen performance.
• Experience working within London's restaurant and hospitality market is essential.
• You must currently live within London.
• A hands‑on leader with excellent communication and people management skills.

We are working on behalf of a luxury hotel in the heart of Central London to recruit an experienced Executive Chef to lead the culinary operation across multiple outlets.

The successful candidate will take full ownership of the kitchen operation, leading a brigade of around 20 chefs while driving standards, consistency and commercial performance across a diverse food offering.
