Executive Search Researcher – Flexible working

A new role with a small, highly successful boutique search firm in London.

Role

Working daily with the founding Directors of this executive search firm, the role provides in‑depth research, analysis, market intelligence and candidate attraction. The position offers the opportunity to remain an Executive Search Researcher, develop a hybrid function mixing research with account management for live clients, or evolve further within the organisation.

Company

Specialist Executive Search firm based in London, operating on a retained basis and delivering high‑level search solutions to the Wealth Management and Family Office communities.

Candidate

Ideal candidates have experience as an Executive Search Researcher, preferably within Wealth Management or Financial Services. Experience as a Recruitment Consultant seeking to transition away from business development is also welcomed, provided research skills are strong.

Package

Salary payable up to £50,000 plus an extremely generous bonus scheme designed to reward achievements.
