Are you naturally curious, highly organised and passionate about finding exceptional senior talent?

We’re looking for a Research Associate / Executive Search Researcher to join our team and play a key role in delivering retained executive search mandates for some of the world’s leading organisations.

This is a candidate and client-focused role. You’ll work closely with experienced consultants, supporting searches from initial briefing through to candidate identification, engagement and delivery.

What you’ll be doing:

• Research, map and identify high-quality senior candidates for retained search assignments
• Develop and execute effective candidate sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, online research, alumni networks, industry groups, conferences and other relevant channels
• Engage senior-level candidates through tailored approaches, calls and relationship building
• Build and maintain accurate candidate and market intelligence
• Develop strong market insights throughout each search and produce high-quality supporting documentation
• Support consultants during client briefings and the initial search/pitch process
• Project manage searches to agreed timescales and ensure excellent delivery
• Prepare candidate information packs and progress reports
• Build long-term relationships with candidates and expand your professional network
• Work collaboratively with consultants and the wider research team to deliver outstanding results
