Job summary

Netflix is seeking a Manager, Security & Intelligence for EMEA to assess and mitigate security risks across productions in the region. You will coordinate security guidance with local partners and ensure plans address evolving risk scenarios for high-profile talent, IP, and confidentiality needs.

The role requires experience in security, intelligence, or related fields, with international exposure and strong English communication. Travel across the EMEA region is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience interpreting regional security signals and proposing proportionate responses.
• Experience in production, media/entertainment, or content creation is preferred.
• Fluency in English; additional regional languages are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to keeping Netflix productions safe, secure, and resilient.
• Evaluate production plans for security needs and coordinate local support.
• Provide security support to productions facing high-profile risk factors or IP/confidentiality concerns.
• Develop and review risk assessments and security guidelines; design security plans for higher-risk activities.
