Placements24 is hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant to manage executive and leadership placements across industries. You will identify, engage, and attract top-tier candidates, and build strong relationships with hiring managers while delivering market insights.

The role requires 7+ years in recruitment with executive search experience. Hybrid work model and relocation to Randburg area are supported.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in recruitment, with executive search focus.
• Proven success placing candidates in managerial, director, and executive roles.
• Exceptional interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation skills.
• Strong ability to build and nurture client relationships.
• Excellent negotiation, influencing and communication skills.
• Proficient in ATS and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Strategic thinker with business acumen and organizational insight.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex recruitment assignments for senior management and C-suite roles.
• Develop sophisticated sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.
• Conduct competency-based interviews to assess leadership potential.
• Build lasting relationships with clients and hiring managers as trusted advisor.
• Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and talent acquisition consultative advice.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including offers and onboarding.
