Aufgaben

• Support day-to-day operation of the established Cash Operations change governance model, ensuring a consolidated view of change across Global Cash Operations.
• Maintain portfolio artifacts (initiative inventory, milestones, RAID logs, dependencies, decision logs) with accuracy and ownership.
• Prepare materials for governance forums, capturing decisions, actions and follow-ups to closure.
• Ensure roles and responsibilities are clear and consistently applied across stakeholders.
• Standardize common change activities ( intake quality, readiness checklists, post-implementation practices, evidence discipline).
• Deliver executive-ready portfolio reporting and materials (dashboards, reports, presentations) covering progress, health, milestones, risks/issues/dependencies; surface trends and escalations.
• Provide ad-hoc project management and business analysis support with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.
• Project-manage workstreams end-to-end with stakeholders, driving next steps, dependencies and actions to closure.
• Identify key business risks and drive resolution of mitigating controls with partners.
• Enhance governance tooling and processes including AI/automation to streamline intake, tracking and reporting.
• Coordinate team communications and maintain documentation on collaboration sites (SharePoint).
