Job summary

Infinite Lambda is seeking a Delivery Lead to own end-to-end delivery of multi-workstream programmes for key clients. You will translate high-level strategy into structured requirements and a deliverable roadmap, and govern delivery across multiple teams, vendors and streams.

You will partner with Account Managers and Executive Sponsors, manage risks and changes, guide trade-offs between scope, cost and schedule, and ensure benefits realisation. Travel as needed to client sites.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading complex, multi-workstream programmes.
• Consulting background in data or technology.
• Proven ability to recover troubled programmes commercially and operationally.
• Strategic business analysis translating executive objectives into roadmaps.
• Extensive agile methodologies at programme scale.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of multi-workstream programmes spanning multiple projects, vendors, and delivery teams.
• Design and enforce programme-level governance models and reporting standards.
• Act as escalation point for serious programme issues and recover off-track initiatives.
• Lead steering committees and provide updates to C-level stakeholders.
• Translate high-level strategy into structured requirements and a coherent roadmap.
• Manage cross-workstream dependencies and trade-offs between engineering, cost and delivery speed.
