Job summary

JLL is seeking an experienced IFM Small Works Project Delivery Manager to join the EMEA Small Works Program within Engineering. You will provide governance oversight, SME support, and procurement guidance to FM teams across multiple jurisdictions in delivering Tier 2 projects.

Based in London, you will enable compliant, safe, and cost-effective project delivery, with end-to-end responsibility only for high-visibility or critical initiatives, while coaching teams on Small Works tools and

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years' experience in construction project management or facilities management with governance/oversight.
• Experience enabling operational teams, not only direct delivery.
• Understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and building fabric.
• Knowledge of building regs, EHS and cross-jurisdiction compliance.
• Procurement, contractor management and cost control experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide governance & compliance oversight for Tier 2 projects across multiple jurisdictions.
• Act as SME for FM teams, guiding methodology, sequencing, risk management and technical approach.
• Coordinate procurement guidance and cost control within approved frameworks.
• Support project triage and classification to ensure proper tiering and resourcing.
• Manage escalation for project challenges, scope changes or compliance queries.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and maintain project trackers and templates.
