Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in London seeks a Product Director within Payments, part of the Chief Data Analytics Office, to define and deliver a new generation of B2B Agentic Commerce products.

You will spend time with clients and Payments stakeholders to translate insights into requirements and success metrics, and manage priorities across competing demands. You will own end-to-end execution with a focus on resilience, security and performance so what ships works, while advocating for enterprise

Qualifications

• Experience in product management with market-ready products.
• Delivery track record with measurable outcomes (revenue, adoption).
• Collaboration with clients, business, engineers, data scientists and designers.

Responsibilities

• Define, shape and ship the product roadmap with clients and partners.
• Translate inputs into crisp specs and prioritized backlog.
• Prototype concepts and validate with clients/users.
• Ensure scalable, secure, enterprise-grade solutions.
• Identify risks and dependencies early and drive resolutions.
• Define success metrics and iterate improvements.
• Communicate goals, roadmaps, and timelines to teams and stakeholders.
• Be the credible face of the product with senior stakeholders.
