Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in London is seeking a Vice President to lead analytics and AI within Payments. You will deliver scalable data products, enable AI adoption, and translate complex business challenges into actionable insights that drive growth, liquidity optimization, and better client outcomes.

As a bridge between business stakeholders, Quantitative Research, and Technology, you will govern end-to-end analytics initiatives, promote self-service capabilities, and collaborate with enterprise AI

Qualifications

• Significant experience in financial services (Payments, Treasury, Securities Services, FinTech, or Corporate & Investment Banking).
• Proven experience delivering data, analytics, AI, or ML products with technology teams and data scientists.
• Strong product management/analytics background with ownership of complex initiatives.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable analytical solutions.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management, with ability to influence senior leadership.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Experience using JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams.
• Undergraduate degree in a quantitative field.
• Familiarity with AI/ML methods and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery lifecycle of analytics, AI/ML, and BI solutions from requirements through deployment.
• Define and execute AI/ML strategy, including use-case prioritization and model lifecycle management.
• Partner with Quantitative Research, Technology, and Product teams to develop and scale AI capabilities.
• Drive analytics solutions supporting deposits, liquidity exposure, balance sheet optimization, and revenue growth.
• Establish AI/ML governance including validation, monitoring, bias reviews, and compliance.
