Job summary

You will oversee cross-functional delivery, coordinate with technology, risk, and product partners, and drive continuous improvement across the delivery lifecycle in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering technical products at scale.
• Advanced knowledge of product delivery lifecycle, release/deployment strategies, and data-driven reporting.
• Extensive experience leading operational management and enterprise-wide execution across functions.
• Proven ability to manage complex dependencies, timelines, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Directs end-to-end product delivery activities including intake, dependency management, release planning and performance reporting.
• Leads delivery lifecycle across planning, execution, and continuous improvement, balancing cost, timelines, and reliability.
• Maintains visibility of timelines, resources, blockers, and liaises with senior stakeholders and partners.
• Oversees budget and financial management for product delivery, including forecasting and spend control.
• Owns change management across partners ensuring compliance with risk, controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Coaches and mentors teams on resource management and deployment techniques to improve efficiencies.
