Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
• Experience owning complex production systems in large enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, C++, Go, or Scala.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build governance-by-design patterns embedding policy controls and evidence collection.
• Create standards and tooling (CLI, SDKs, libraries, templates, automated checks) that enable compliant identity solutions across platforms.
• Partner with platform owners to embed continuous compliance reporting in systems built and consumed.
• Integrate AI capabilities so standard patterns include agent-ready identity constructs and AI-assisted reporting.
• Drive engineering excellence through design reviews, reference architectures, and coding standards.
• Coach and grow engineers, fostering a culture of quality, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Work with identity architects, platform engineers, and risk partners to leverage best-in-class solutions.
• Architect and govern agentic AI-enabled engineering workflows with guardrails for validation, security, resiliency, and reuse.
• Apply SDLC toolchain knowledge to improve automation at scale.
