Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts.
• Professional software engineering experience owning complex, production-grade systems in large enterprises.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, C++, Go, or Scala.
• Experience using AI assistants in software engineering and agentic capabilities.
• Experience developing engineering practices across teams including identity and security patterns.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build governance-by-design patterns with policy controls, approvals, and evidence collection.
• Create standards and tooling (CLI, SDKs, libraries, templates, automated checks) for compliant identity solutions.
• Partner with platform owners to embed continuous compliance reporting in systems built and consumed.
• Integrate AI capabilities so patterns include agent-ready identity constructs and AI-assisted reporting/review.
• Drive engineering excellence via design reviews, reference architectures, and coding standards.
