Job summary

AC Corporation seeks a President to lead and scale a large-scale commercial and industrial MEP operation. The role oversees operations across construction, project execution, estimating, procurement, fabrication, field operations, safety, and customer relationships with full P&L accountability.

The President will drive growth, set strategic direction, and build a high-performance culture while working with Crete United leadership.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in commercial/industrial MEP contracting.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, piping, electrical, fabrication and building systems.
• Proven track record in profitability and growth.
• Experience leading large operational teams.
• P&L responsibility.
• Design-build experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide full operational leadership for a large-scale MEP business.
• Responsible for revenue growth, profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee project management, estimating, field operations, fabrication, purchasing, safety.
• Develop and execute growth initiatives across construction and service.
• Provide financial leadership including budgeting and forecasting.
• Build a high-performance culture and recruit top talent.
• Strengthen client relationships with owners, GC, vendors.
• Drive process improvements in pricing, scheduling, workforce planning.
• Promote world-class safety across sites.
• Collaborate with Crete United leadership.
