Job summary

Warfel Construction in Delaware is seeking a Project Executive to provide executive oversight on the project level and lead a high-performing Project Management Team to ensure client satisfaction throughout the construction process.

The role coordinates Preconstruction and field operations, drives revenue and margins, and collaborates with Business Development to pursue new opportunities while ensuring projects finish on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 12+ years of project or construction management experience.
• Experience leading PM teams and interfacing with clients.

Responsibilities

• Executive contact to the client from Preconstruction through construction.
• Organize and lead a team of 3-5 Project Managers.
• Establish team revenue and margin goals.
• Assist Business Development to pursue new client relationships.
• Prepare logistics plans, conceptual schedules, and constructability reviews.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and on or under budget.
• Review job status with field supervisor and implement recovery plans.
• Attend Owner/Architect meetings as needed.
