Job summary

PSR Solutions in Northampton seeks an experienced MEP Commercial Manager to lead the commercial strategy on a major Tier 1 project. The role involves transition from pre-construction to delivery, close collaboration with clients, consultants and subcontractors, and ownership of commercial decisions.

During PCSA, travel to London is expected; the position offers hybrid working during the pre-construction phase and a long-term career with strong progression opportunities within a growing Tier 1

Qualifications

• Experience in MEP/Building Services commercial management.
• Proven background with a Tier 1 main contractor.
• Experience on large, complex construction schemes.
• Knowledge of MEP procurement and package delivery.
• Experience across pre-construction and delivery phases.
• Ability to lead the MEP commercial function.
• Strong client, consultant and subcontractor management.
• Track record of managing significant MEP packages.

Responsibilities

• Lead the MEP commercial strategy and ensure delivery across the full lifecycle.
• Manage procurement, contracts and commercial interfaces with clients and suppliers.
• Provide sound commercial decisions and ownership on project financials.
• Travel to London during PCSA and align with project location as it progresses.
