Job summary

AC Corporation is seeking a President to lead and scale a complex commercial and industrial MEP operation based in Greensboro, NC. This executive will manage day-to-day operations across construction, project execution, estimating, procurement, fabrication, field operations, safety, and customer relationships with full P&L accountability.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and deep MEP expertise, reporting to Crete United’s executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience within commercial MEP contracting
• Strong financial and P&L accountability experience
• Proven ability to lead large cross-functional teams
• Deep knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, piping, electrical systems
• Demonstrated capability to drive profitability and growth
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Provide full operational leadership for a large-scale commercial and industrial MEP business
• Oversee revenue growth, profitability, operational performance, and customer satisfaction
• Lead project management, estimating, field execution, fabrication, procurement, safety, and support functions
• Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives across construction and service operations
• Provide financial leadership including budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, and backlog management
• Foster a high-performance, accountability-driven culture
• Recruit and retain top operational and field talent
