We're looking for a Freelancer/Contractor EA/PA!

Location:Canary Wharf, London (Hybrid – 2–3 days/week on-site)

Hours:16–20 hours per week

Salary:£18–£22 per hour (contractual; flexible for the right candidate)

Start Date:Immediate / As Agreed

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and experienced Executive/Personal Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of a growing international business in London. Reporting directly to the Director, this part-time hybrid role is ideal for a proactive professional who can manage both administrative and light strategic tasks with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, communications, and meeting logistics
  • Draft and format presentations, reports, and follow-up materials
  • Liaise with UK-based vendors, partners, and clients
  • Conduct light research and support local networking initiatives
  • Coordinate with remote teams and ensure task follow-through
  • Maintain discretion and professionalism at all times

What We’re Looking For

  • 8–10 years of experience in Executive/Personal Assistant or administrative roles
  • Familiarity with UK business environments and professional standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid model (2–3 days on-site in Canary Wharf)
  • Background in marketing or business services is an advantage
