Biffa is seeking an Executive Personal Assistant to support its Leadership team. The role involves a variety of administrative tasks designed to maximize the efficiency of the team, such as organising diaries, managing communications, and assisting with travel arrangements. Candidates should possess experience at the Director level and strong MS Office skills, along with exemplary organisational abilities.

We are currently looking to recruit an Executive Personal Assistant (EPA) to support our Leadership team by providing professional secretarial and administrative support. The EPA will act as the Directors’ first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organisation. You will provide high quality personal and administrative assistance to help make the best use of their time by dealing with secretarial and administrative tasks.
