Job summary

Endava is seeking a senior Manager People Partnering to lead part of the People Partner team and work directly with executives and senior leaders across the business. You will drive complex people initiatives, advise on organisation design and workforce planning, and personally lead M&A integration efforts in a global context.

You will oversee restructures, employee relations, and performance matters while staying closely involved in day-to-day delivery to ensure practical, commercially-focused

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Senior HR Business Partner, Senior People Partner or comparable role in a complex, international organisation.
• Experience partnering directly with executives and senior leadership teams.
• Proven track record leading M&A and integration activities, including due diligence, benefits/policy harmonisation, employee transfer and post-merger integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the People Partner team and coordinate priorities across regions.
• Advise executives on organisation design, workforce planning, and leadership capability.
• Drive complex change, restructures and workforce transformation across multiple jurisdictions.
• Provide pragmatic guidance on employee relations, performance, discipline, and exits for senior staff.
• Ensure a data-informed approach, linking People decisions to business outcomes.
