Job summary

NG Bailey Group is seeking a Head of People Transformation to shape and deliver end-to-end transformation across the People function. You’ll define the operating model, drive efficiency and leverage technology to enable growth and a future-ready workforce.

You’ll lead on strategic partners, manage large change programmes, and collaborate with IT, Finance and other functions to embed new ways of working. A senior leader with a track record in HR transformation will thrive in this dynamic role.

Qualifications

• Previous senior level experience in business change, People transformation, HR transformation.
• A generalist HR background from a multi stakeholder multi divisional industry or business.
• Proven track record of leading large scale change programmes in complex organisations and comfortable working through ambiguity and change.
• Strong understanding of different People operating models and service delivery approaches.
• Experience of HR systems and HCM software, digital tools or process automation.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to balance cost, quality and colleague experience.
• Comfortable working with data, metrics and performance measures.
• Clear and pragmatic thinker with a strong delivery focus.

Responsibilities

• Support the overall People function transformation agenda, creating a clear vision, roadmap and outcomes.
• Help shape and implement a future fit People operating model that balances strategic partnering with strong and consistent service delivery.
• Improve colleague and manager experience utilisation of technology effectively.
• Drive the adoption of digital tools, data and automation to improve accuracy, insight and efficiency across People services.
• Lead change management for the People function and wider business, ensuring changes are understood, embedded and sustained.
• Act as a senior adviser to the Group People Director on People transformation, service delivery and operating model matters.
• Support the People function SLT in the delivery of transformation and other projects.
• Work in close partnership with IT, Finance and other corporate functions to align transformation activity.
• Track and report on benefits, outcomes and performance measures linked to the transformation programme.
• Creation of a clear People transformation strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Increased use of data and insight to support decision making
