Job summary

Harvey Sutton Ltd. is seeking an Executive Compensation Consultant to join our London-based Reward Consulting practice.

You will work on high-profile engagements advising boards, remuneration committees, and senior executives on complex reward and governance matters. You will lead client engagements across a broad range of executive remuneration topics, including incentive design, governance, and investor relations, collaborating with specialists across reward, tax, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in executive compensation or board advisory.
• Experience advising FTSE AIM-listed businesses.
• Strong knowledge of UK corporate governance and remuneration reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines and mentor juniors.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements on executive remuneration matters.
• Design and model annual and long-term incentive plans.
• Advise on cash and equity-based incentive arrangements.
• Draft and review Directors' Remuneration Reports.
• Support business development and client proposals.
• Engage with investors and governance stakeholders.
• Collaborate with specialists across reward disciplines.
