Marsh is seeking an Executive Compensation Consultant to join the London team. This hybrid role requires three days in the office per week, working with Remuneration Committees and management on remuneration solutions and policy design.

You will deliver high-quality analyses, draft reports, and present to senior stakeholders, while collaborating with Marsh's Reward team and broader consulting offerings. Strong Excel and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in executive remuneration/compensation, consulting preferred.
• Professional qualifications from accounting, legal, tax or actuarial backgrounds are relevant.
• Strong analytical and technical skills with Excel; ability to tell compelling stories from data.
• Excellent written and presentation skills and stakeholder influence.

Responsabilités

• Manage project deliverables and prepare materials for Remuneration/Executive Committee meetings.
• Draft and review reports; design incentive plans and remuneration policies for IPOs or M&A activity.
• Ensure high-quality work while managing project budgets and timelines.
• Attend and present at client meetings with senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to market development and thought leadership for Marsh Mercer's remuneration offerings.
• Contribute to project proposals and marketing initiatives to attract new business.
• Maintain awareness of Marsh's services and connect clients with internal teams.
