Job summary

Cromwell Hospital London is seeking an Executive Personal Assistant to the Chief Medical Officer and Chief Operating Officer. You will manage complex diaries, travel, and multi-site coordination with a strong focus on digital efficiency and confidential support.

You will champion Microsoft 365 and Copilot, support events and leadership engagements, and maintain professional relationships across sites and external partners to ensure smooth information flow.

Qualifications

• Proven PA/EA experience supporting senior leaders in a multi-site setting.
• Strong diary management, meeting prep and action tracking.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and digital collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide confidential executive support to directors, managing diaries, meetings and travel.
• Prepare for meetings with briefings, pre-reads and action logs; manage agendas.
• Coordinate cross-site meetings and events with seamless logistics.
• Maintain structured workload prioritisation and professional communications.
• Champion digital adoption and efficient ways of working with Copilot and MS 365.
• Support on-site events, VIP visits, and visitor hosting with polished professionalism.
