Bain and Gray is seeking an experienced PA to support a senior Director and project teams in Winchester. The role covers complex diary and inbox management, travel, meetings, correspondence, expenses and general administration, with liaison to clients and senior stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have PA/EA experience, strong organisational and communication skills, attention to detail and discretion. An interest in architecture or the arts is advantageous, and a full clean driving licence

• Discretion and ability to prioritise with competing demands.

Responsabilités

• Complex diary/inbox management for a senior Director and project teams.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and meetings.
• Prepare correspondence, expenses and general administration.
• Liaise with clients and senior stakeholders on behalf of the Director.
