Job summary

Louma Country Hotel is seeking a dynamic Head of Operations to oversee guest-facing departments and unify the guest experience across Lodging, Spa, F&B, Kitchen, and Wellness. You will deputise for the Managing Director, lead department heads, and drive performance while maintaining Louma's farm‑to‑table ethos and exquisite guest standards.

The role requires five+ years in luxury hospitality operations, strong budgeting skills, and a proven leadership track record.

Qualifications

• Five years+ senior operations management experience in luxury hospitality.
• Experience managing budgets, P&L, and labour costs.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Ability to deputise for the Managing Director and make informed decisions.
• Proficient IT skills including PMS and EPOS.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all hospitality departments to maintain Louma's high standards.
• Set goals, delegate, and ensure accountability across Heads of Department.
• Plan for occupancy, events, groups and retreats with preparedness across teams.
• Develop and audit guest service standards, responding to feedback and reviews.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and manage performance across teams.
• Manage budgets, supplier contracts, and pricing strategy with Sales & Marketing.
