Louma Country Hotel is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the daily operations, ensuring guest rooms, public areas, and barns are immaculate and guest-ready on schedule. You will act as the Executive Housekeeper’s right hand, allocating tasks, training staff, and coordinating with other departments to uphold Louma’s brand standards.

You will mentor the team, supervise inspections, manage linen and stock, and ensure COSHH, Manual Handling, and Fire Safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in hotel housekeeping required.
• COSHH, Manual Handling and Fire Safety certifications required.
• Desirable: First Aid at Work and Level 2/3 in supervision; PMS experience.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Plan, supervise and allocate daily housekeeping tasks.
• Conduct shift briefings and communicate priorities.
• Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure standards.
• Coordinate with Facilities for FF&E and maintenance.
• Lead, train, and develop housekeeping Attendants.
• Uphold Health & Safety compliance and COSHH procedures.
