Job summary

Louma Country Hotel is seeking a Reservations Agent to manage inquiries, bookings and guest communications with warmth and efficiency. You will handle enquiries across channels, maintain availability and rates, and coordinate pre-arrival details to ensure a seamless guest journey.

Experience in luxury hospitality and proficiency with CRM/PMS and Microsoft Office are essential. A proactive, detail-oriented approach and ability to work weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Essential CRM/PMS proficiency, Microsoft Office, basic accounting, and fire safety.
• Desirable First Aid at Work, Basic Food Hygiene, channel managers, and online travel agents.
• Previous reservations or front office experience in luxury hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservations and bookings via phone, email, website and channels; convert inquiries to confirmed bookings.
• Maintain rates and availability; manage listings on OTAs and channel managers.
• Communicate post-booking and pre-arrival details; coordinate experiences and transfers.
• Utilise CRM/PMS; generate reports on occupancy, conversions and lead sources.
• Promote Louma experiences and upsell packages, spa and dining when appropriate.
