You will serve as the UK-based, client-facing representative for Graebel’s Catalyst programme, partnering on-site with a corporate client’s HR and mobility teams. The role blends deep mobility expertise with advisory skills and a commitment to exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing executive relocations or international assignments.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management with corporate HR or mobility teams.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
• High emotional intelligence and confidentiality.
• Ability to stay calm and proactive under pressure.
• Experience presenting to C-suite audiences is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted mobility partner for executive relocations and assignments.
• Provide confidential, high-touch support focused on wellbeing and performance continuity.
• Curate bespoke relocation solutions tailored to business and personal needs.
• Manage premium vendor relationships with professionalism and care.
• Uphold discretion, sensitivity and service excellence.
• Be the on-the-ground relationship lead for a major UK client programme with on-site presence.
• Brief and advise relocating employees and client stakeholders; contribute to reviews.
• Turn client insight into improvements with account and operations teams.
