Qualifications

• Proven track record leading Mobility/Rewards/HR projects across multiple markets.
• Experience shaping international assignment compensation design and delivery.
• Strong knowledge of global mobility trends, taxation, immigration and payroll.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on cross-border mobility including tax, immigration, relocation, compensation and payroll.
• Design and deliver international assignment packages aligned with mobility policy.
• Manage global mobility program delivery, KPIs and supplier partnerships.
