Job summary

Graebel is seeking a London-based Catalyst Consultant to provide concierge-level relocation and advisory support to executives and senior leaders moving globally. You will be the single on-the-ground trusted partner, delivering proactive, discreet guidance and managing high-impact moves across the UK and EMEA.

You will maintain strong relationships with corporate HR or mobility teams, advise on relocation strategies, and represent Graebel at client sites with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted mobility partner for executive relocations.
• Provide confidential, high-touch support focused on wellbeing and performance continuity.
• Curate bespoke relocation solutions for business and personal needs.
• Manage premium vendor relationships with professionalism and care.
• Uphold high standards of discretion, sensitivity and service excellence.
• Lead on-the-ground relationships for a major UK client programme with on-site presence.
• Brief relocations staff and clients, contributing to service reviews.
• Turn client insight into improvements with account and operations teams.
• London-based, hybrid role with travel to client sites as required.
• Proven experience with senior-level global mobility or international assignments.
• Demonstrable client relationship and stakeholder management experience.
• Exceptional communication, relationship management and problem-solving skills.
• High emotional intelligence, confidentiality and cultural awareness.
• Ability to present confidently at client sites.
• Experience in luxury, VIP, or concierge-level service is a plus.
