Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Leadership Communications Manager to translate strategy into compelling narratives for EY UK leadership and a broader audience. You will craft scripts, briefings and speaking notes, and produce content across internal channels to inform and inspire.

You will partner with senior leaders, align messaging with EY's vision, and lead internal events, cross‑functional collaboration, and a high‑performing communications team in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong project management skills, delivering to time and high quality.
• Experience acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and production of internal events and meetings, working closely with internal delivery partners to ensure quality, consistency and timeliness.
• Manage projects end‑to‑end, coordinating teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, advising them on communication approaches that strengthen engagement and impact.
• Lead and coach team members, modelling collaborative, inclusive, and high‑performance behaviours.
