Job summary

EY UK is seeking a Senior Executive Communications Manager to shape and deliver leadership narratives, writing speeches, scripts and briefings for internal and external engagements across the UKI leadership team.

Reporting to the EY UK Communications Director, you will advise senior leaders, craft clear, evidence-based messaging and coordinate across partners and stakeholders to ensure consistent positioning and impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in professional services or large, complex organisations.
• Strong track record delivering senior leadership communications across internal and external audiences.
• Experience writing speeches for senior leaders.
• High standard of written work and excellent stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Narrative development and written craft: develop leadership narratives with data-driven insights; write speeches, briefs, emails and presentations for multiple channels.
• Partner communications and engagement: provide partners with timely information and create briefing packs, talking points and cascade materials.
• Insight, judgement and advisory: advise senior leaders with clear recommendations and collaborate across teams to align messaging.
