Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Leadership Communications Manager to translate strategy into compelling narratives for UK leadership. You will craft scripts, briefings, and speaking notes, and produce content across internal channels for senior leaders and events.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align messages with EY UK&I growth plans, coach leaders, and drive engagement across the organisation in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in professional services or large organisations.
• Proven stakeholder management and high‑impact writing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead messaging and content development for leadership communications across internal channels and events.
• Support an internal engagement strategy by aligning people to EY UK&I growth plans.
• Advise senior leaders on communication approaches to strengthen engagement and impact.
• Plan and deliver internal events and meetings with cross‑functional teams.
• Lead and coach team members to foster collaboration and high performance.
