Job summary

EY UK is seeking a Senior Executive Communications Manager to shape leadership narratives, advise senior leaders, and produce speeches, briefs and messages for internal and external audiences. You will work closely with leaders, their teams and experts across the business to ensure messages are clear, credible and impactful.

The role emphasizes advisory work, storytelling across channels, and ensuring leadership positioning remains aligned with firm priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in professional services or large, complex organisations.
• Track record delivering senior leadership communications for internal and external audiences.
• Experience writing speeches for senior leaders and messaging for high-profile stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and high standard of written work.

Responsibilities

• Develop leadership narratives with clear, evidence-based points of view for internal and external audiences.
• Write speeches, scripts, emails, briefings and presentations for live, recorded and written channels.
• Prepare briefing packs, talking points and cascade materials for senior leaders and meetings.
• Advise senior leaders with clear recommendations and constructive challenge while coordinating with internal and external communications teams.
