Job summary

EY in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Executive Communications Manager to shape leadership narratives and advise senior partners. You will craft speeches, scripts and briefings for internal and external engagements, working closely with the UK leadership team to ensure clear, credible messaging across channels.

You will write in distinct voices for different leaders, prepare materials for town halls and meetings, and influence senior stakeholders while upholding EY’s standards and values.

Qualifications

• Experience in professional services or a large, complex organisation.
• Strong record of delivering senior leadership communications across internal and external audiences.
• Experience writing speeches for senior leaders.
• Strong stakeholder management and high standard of written work.
• Experience of shareholder, investor, board or partnership communications.
• Experience developing briefing or cascade programmes for senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop clear leadership narratives with strong, distinct points of view, supported by data and insight.
• Write scripts, speeches, leadership emails, briefings and presentations for live, recorded and written channels, including events.
• Write in a voice that feels personal to each leader and remains consistent across channels.
• Provide Partners with clear, timely information about the firm’s strategy, performance and priorities.
• Produce briefing packs, presentations, Q&A, talking points and cascade materials.
• Prepare senior leaders for Partner meetings, town halls, webcasts and other firmwide engagements through insight, messaging, materials and rehearsal.
• Advise the firm’s most senior leaders, offering clear recommendations and constructive challenge when needed.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across internal, external and corporate communications and the wider business to ensure leadership positioning and messages remain aligned across all channels.
• Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive and high-performing team culture.
