As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspiring leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support ongoing coaching and development of your team, drive restaurant performance, and ensure excellent results.

Responsibilities include |

• Creating a caring and supportive environment where your team feels valued and appreciated, promoting a coaching culture.
• Ensuring exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards in food quality and presentation.
• Maintaining impeccable food, health, and safety standards and understanding financial metrics like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
• Building a strong, developing team through recruitment and ongoing training, fostering personal and professional growth.
• Being a proactive problem solver, capable of making quick, informed decisions.

• Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with a caring approach, ensuring team support and engagement.
