Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

What You Bring |

  • Dedication to ensuring an excellent guest experience, with dishes prepared to high standards and equipped team members.
  • Experience in maintaining food, health, and safety standards, and understanding kitchen financials including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
  • Ability to build a coaching culture, working with your Head Chef on recruitment and development, fostering personal and professional growth.
  • A proactive problem solver who can make quick decisions.
