Job summary

TheyDo is seeking a Principal Executive Advisor for Journey Management to define, scale, and represent the global enterprise vision. You will partner with C-suite sponsors to position journey management as strategic infrastructure and drive multi-year ROI across top accounts.

You’ll lead complex transformation programs across CX, Product, and Operations, shaping frameworks and narratives while aligning product, CS, and GTM teams to drive expansion and credibility on a worldwide scale.

Qualifications

• Experience working directly with C-suite and executive leadership in large organisations.
• Proven ability to lead multi-year, enterprise-scale transformation programs.
• Deep understanding of enterprise operating models and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Define and scale the global journey-management vision for enterprise accounts.
• Lead cross-functional transformation programs spanning CX, Product, Ops and Transformation.
• Shape frameworks, coaching standards, and executive narratives for long-term value.
• Collaborate across CS, Sales, Product, and GTM to influence direction and ROI.
• Represent TheyDo externally through executive briefings and industry forums.
